Regarding this… 

i see your point about relations between groups but i can’t help but think that phrases like die cis scum (even if expressed as a hatred for all cis people) makes no differentiation between allies and phobics but i hardly want to talk about my cis privilege here..

Here’s why I hate the word “ally.” Because no matter what, trans ally or trans phobic, you’re still cis, and you’re gonna fuck up, and you’re going to, definitely, do something that disappoints the trans people you know. You are still going to be wrong specifically because you’re not trans.

Drawing a line between yourself and them bigots over there is not the path to redemption. It’s not how you ingratiate yourself to the lower class. It’s a lie. Being an asshole is a given. It’s all a matter of degree.
